What is the Business Center? We are part of the City of Redondo Beach! The One Stop is a partnership of business, education, training, employment development, local government, public and non-profit organizations committed to developing job skills, abilities and attitudes essential for participation in today's workplace.

What can the Business Center do for me?

• Prescreen candidates to your specifications, handle all paperwork and eliminate red tape
• Reduce recruitment costs - we recruit and interview for you
• Training Programs: On-the-Job Training for new employees and Classroom training for new and existing employees
• Limited Internship Program for youth workers
• Assist in the Outplacement Transition Process during downsizing
• Hiring tax credits

• Nothing! As part of the City of Redondo Beach, we are a free staff staffing service that provides you with motivated, qualified and reliable potential employees who are ready to work.
